1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl169 Casino ("jl169," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl169 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at jl169.net (the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of jl169, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) jl169 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. jl169 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jl169 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager for that round will be refunded to your jl169 account balance. jl169's decision on such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl169 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl169 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if jl169 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jl169's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl169 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl169 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Privacy

jl169 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jl169 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jl169, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

jl169's decisions on all gaming matters, including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status, are final and binding, subject only to applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
